BEN KIBBLEWHITE
Researcher

Ben began his career at Macro Advisory Partners advising investors, corporations, foundations and governments on the intersection of geopolitics, strategy and the global economy with a focus on emerging technology, industrial policy, international trade and sovereign advisory in Europe, the US, India and the Gulf. Ben holds a First-Class degree in Modern Languages from Christ Church, University of Oxford, where he was an academic scholar and prize-winner.

ELIZABETH PERELMAN
CEO

Elizabeth brings over a decade of senior experience in government. She has served as Principal Private Secretary to both the Prime Minister and Chancellor, Director of the No.10 Policy Unit, and held senior roles across HM Treasury, the Cabinet Office and UK Government Investments. Elizabeth began her career in the private sector, working in private equity and corporate finance advisory at Morgan Stanley. She holds a master's in Engineering from Queens’ College, Cambridge.

ISABEL SPEARMAN
Senior Adviser

Isabel has spent her career at the intersection of communications, brand and digital strategy, serving as Global PR Director at Anya Hindmarch before joining Downing Street as Special Adviser to Samantha Cameron, a role she held across two general elections. After leaving government, Isabel spent a decade advising British consumer brands and their founders, before joining the Office.

JAMES FORSYTH
Senior Adviser

James served as the political secretary in Downing Street during Rishi’s premiership. Previously, he was the political editor of The Spectator from 2009 to 2022 and a columnist for The Times. He has written for The Washington Post,The Mail on Sunday, The Sun and The Sunday Telegraph. He started his career at Foreign Policy magazine in Washington, DC. He read History at Jesus College, Cambridge.

LISA LOVERING
Head of Operations

Lisa is responsible for managing all of Rishi’s professional activities, including coordinating scheduling, overseas travel, and working with external parties. She has worked alongside him since 2015, with her experience spanning parliamentary, ministerial and executive operations at the highest levels of government. She has held a number of senior positions, including managing Rishi's Parliamentary Office and serving as a Special Advisor at both HM Treasury and 10 Downing Street. She holds degrees in Archaeology and Law from Southampton University and qualified as a barrister.

PHOEBE TRUETT
Executive Assistant

Phoebe brings five years of experience supporting senior Ministers at the heart of government, having worked in Private Office at HM Treasury and supported senior members of the Prime Minister’s team at 10 Downing Street. Prior to joining the civil service, Phoebe began her career in the fashion industry, working in merchandising at the Arcadia Group. She holds a degree in English Literature from Newcastle University.

Head of Operations

Scott’s responsibilities encompass corporate governance, property management, HR, and the coordination of professional, philanthropic and private initiatives on behalf of the family. He has almost two decades of experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects as well as nationally significant business developments across the UK and internationally. Scott holds a degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
